A new game for Facebook is currently being produced by Austrian and San Franciscan developers and entrepreneurs that aims to teach people how to manage their finances more efficiently in the real world. Kicked Out is the creation of Katharina Norton after she realised how much of a burden financial illiteracy has become for young adults around the world. With the fastest-growing segment of society declaring bankruptcy today being 18-24 year olds, Facebook may well be the ideal way to appeal to this category and help them become more financially responsible in the future. However, this Sims-esque game will only be produced if the $300,000 pledge is reached by Sunday night, and with only 70 hours to go and only $10,000 pledged, this project may not see the light of day.
