Going Viral: New Trailer for James Bond ‘Skyfall’

After escorting the Queen to the London Olympics opening ceremony, James Bond has had his profile raised even higher with the trailer for the latest film in the franchise, Skyfall, being released this week. The two-and-a-half minute trailer reveals some possible information about the film, including the faux-death of James Bond at the start, similar to the opening of the 1967 You Only Live Twice. With hero films featuring prominently at the moment thanks to Batman, Spider-man and a new Superman franchise, there is no better time than now to promote the 23rd official Bond installment, which is due for release in October and sees Daniel Craig reprise his role as 007, with Javier Bardem playing the villain.
