A website called Dear Photograph (dearphotograph.com) is currently enjoying a period of popularity and engagement, via its Twitter page (@dearphotograph). The concept of the website is extremely simple: followers can tweet a photo of a past moment within a photograph of the same location in its present state. This nostalgic-tinged idea has been met with a great response, as people take the opportunity to pay tribute to the cherished memory of loved ones, as well as a flashback to childhood. As Stephen Fry tweeted, “what a simple, remarkable idea.”
